What are your shipping charges?

There are two options available for shipping. Standard shipping $9.99 and express shipping $12.99. At the moment we are running a promotion of free standard shipping on all orders above $50.

 

When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed before 4pm (Monday – Friday) will be shipped by next business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped within 2 business days. Deliveries are not available on weekends and public holidays.

 

How long will it take me to receive my order?

We ship all orders through Australia post. Most orders (standard shipping) would reach within 2-7 business days based on your location and express orders would reach within 1-4 business days. To get the exact estimate, you can check the time frame on Australia post website by entering Narangba 4504 as source destination.

 

How can I track my order?

Once we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email containing the tracking number. Please use the following link to track your order https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track.

 

Do you offer change of mind returns?

No, due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept change of mind returns on jewellery.

 

What do I do if I receive a faulty item?

Please get in touch with us on support@zealara.com within 3 days of receiving your order and we will assist you.

 

Are there any restrictions on discount codes/offers?

Discount codes can be used only once and would expire on the date mentioned in the offer. By default all codes would expire after 60 days. Discount codes or promotional offers cannot be combined together. Once a discount code or offer has been availed on an order, no further discounts would apply. Discount is calculated on total price and excludes shipping charges. Additional terms and conditions might apply.

 

Can I send my order as a gift to someone?

Yes, while placing your order please enter the shipping details of the recipient and then mention under Order notes that you would like to send the order as a gift. You can also include any personal note that you would like to send with the gift and we can add that into the order and ship it to the recipient.
